Landing page doesn't display

  • Ensure that the tracking code is implemented.
  • Check if any of the customers have the page.visit to the landing page on the activity list in their profiles.
  • Verify that the HTML of the landing page is correct.
  • If the landing page includes images, check if the images were previously added to the Synerise server (Data Modeling Hub > Files explorer).
