- Ensure that the tracking code is implemented.
- Check if any of the customers have the `page.visit` to the landing page on the activity list in their profiles.
- Verify that the HTML of the landing page is correct.
- If the landing page includes images, check if the images were previously added to the Synerise server (**Data Modeling Hub > Files explorer**).
